Suitable host for my warez site

I want to move my site to new server. Currently I'm on Knownsrv . They are telling that my site in consuming more resource, so I need to change my server. I have three cheap dedicated server choices, Hostplate, worldstream.nl and leaseweb . But I am confused which server is best for warez site. It will be very helpful to me if get yours suggestion.

Thanks for your advice. I'll talk to krun!x again, he is very helpful person. If he fails to help me then I have to go for new server.
