Suggest me the SEO plan

Hello Webmaster GURUs,
I'm looking forward towards, Appropriate SEO for my Forum: Click2Down

Earlier, past 3 weeks back my threads used to apear on top of all the search results, Now even though GOOGLE keeps crawling all the time, but in vain. As there's no indexing happening.

Can anybody plz check whats gone wrong with my Forum .

I'm Sure Google hasn't penalised me.

Regarding Sandbox!!

Its probably sandbox. You cant "overcome" sandbox. Just continue update your site, build a backlinks to your website and "Mr. G" will remove the sandbox after 4-8 months

You cant, focus on getting new members on your forum, and slowly build backlinks. Maybe you could create few tutorial threads and bookmark them.

Sandbox

You can update your met tags and also replace a new XML sitemap to your old one.

I would try adding CommentLuv backlinks to your site. They have fixed issues on my sites whenever Google releases things like Farmer/Panda etc.
