I have 3 warez forums, now all is down, i have problems on VPS.
(You can check, otedownloads.com, rarwarez.org and exe-downloads.com [all type DLE])
My hoster don`t know what is problem!

Now i must to transfer all to new hosting, why you suggest me? VPS or Shared?
I need host who accept webmoney and libertyreserve and allowning warez (netherlands?) and have good support!

It actually depends upon you, if you can handle the VPS on security and other issues, its beeter to go with VPS else Shared host will be good for you. :)

You may try myrsk for VPS, they use to post some offers here.
Recently affected by DDOS (actually Datacenter is somehow responsible as well), but everything is Fine Now and hope to be, else everything is good about them, AFAIK.

They are good price and Quality wise.

Which host are you using? they should know whats the problem, Dont switch if they can resolve it,

but if you have to, than I would suggest you to get an offshore vps rather than shared hosting.

What are your curent vps specs?
 
now i`m on synwebhost.com but my forums have error TO MANY CONNECTIONS!

i have 2GB RAM!

And please understand me: Webmoney and LibertyReserve (I DON`T HAVE PAYPAL!)

How many RAM and CPU I need for 3 DLE forums? (maybe i can host all on shared?)
I have about 1200 visitoers per forum, in total about 3500 visitors per day!

And what for hostkey.com, i find him with google accept Webmoney and Payza
