If you don't comply and if you aren't dmca friendly, sorry but that won't work well...
The case here is if you respect dmca, is fine. If not then you will be kicked out.

You mentioned that your service is offshore and also ignore DMCA. Are all DMCA requests ignored or do you also respond to certain requests and delete/block the content/user (except for requests that come from the courts in your country, here you have to respond)

I'm curious to ask; Have there already been some inquiries from the court that you had to respond to?

You can buy a dedicated server from big provider like ovh, hetzner etc.. and use a cheap vps on top of that acting like a reverse proxy to avoid problems like dmca.
