Why not learn on SEO first, or at least the foundation of it? Most self-proclaim SEO experts will probably give you 'guarantees' etc. But SEO's got NO guarantee and it takes a long time to see results.

Maybe you can read up more on SEO first before scouting. After a month or so, you'll get to discern whether your service provider is a whole load of BS or not.

Heck, dive deeper and you might even be good enough to do the work yourself, given your industry's not so competitive.
