They legal adult content. Ram is ok because its only for the player. My website has 12gb ramDo they allow adult content, there is matter of dmca also

Normally, when a server closes, an honest one makes the final payments and shuts down.
When they're fraudulent, they close down and leave customers unpaid.

Cost is high..
Perhaps the skyrocketing prices of RAM and SSDs are affecting hosting providers' performance...
Hosting providers need maintenance, storage replacement, and capacity expansion, but RAM and SSD prices are getting even more insane these days
