no, about half an hour ago, a video started converting, but it's slow, strange 5.6 hours ago it was converting videos right away
i would say, the server network slow down because daily uploads has increased a lot, we will speed up the new upload system ASAP

What error you get?
That's no errors, give us a few hours, we're getting the new uploads system finished, take 1-2 hours.
the encoding server is fully loaded, cannot even access the servers, please give us a little time
Actaully no, i would say increase of upload

The new upload system as tested, we getting 2MBp/s speed if wifi is 20mbps, otherwise 30-40mbp/s for high wifi users
Yes, no wonder, we used only one server for each side, at least it was able to handle such a huge amounts of uploads daily.Admin probably likes to have a lot of traffic

No, but if any of your videos frozen, you can simply delete this. Maybe we will also add an feature that will retry frozen video
The Queue should never be froze, if it is, you can tell me your account to start it.
Okay, I deleted the videos that were frozen in the encoding process, and the rest started working.
Yesterday, when I did that, it didn't help, so I decided to ask so I wouldn't mess things up any further.

Just cleaned up the mess, now you can see the "Error" if you see that it mean those video was stuck at encoding for more then 5 hours, the Queue lines will start working now
