Yes, no wonder, we used only one server for each side, at least it was able to handle such a huge amounts of uploads daily.

Announcement

We’ve upgraded the upload system to deliver the best possible performance. On both web uploads and Zoom uploads, you should now see maximum upload speed.

The full upgrade will be completed within the next 2 days. Here’s what’s coming next:

  • Automatic server selection, so uploads always use the nearest location for maximum speed.
  • Improved encoding, allowing more videos to be processed at the same time.

We’d love your feedback on the new upload system and the faster speeds you’re seeing.

Will everything still be frozen for those two days, like the coding and queue are now?

Example ID: 1547503
No, but if any of your videos frozen, you can simply delete this. Maybe we will also add an feature that will retry frozen video

The Queue should never be froze, if it is, you can tell me your account to start it.

Okay, I deleted the videos that were frozen in the encoding process, and the rest started working.
Yesterday, when I did that, it didn't help, so I decided to ask so I wouldn't mess things up any further.

Thanks for the help and the quick payments <3
