The folder structure has a problem, files are constantly moved to the main one from all folders. It seems there is no support for a tree structure, only folders on the main page. Folders also cannot be managed/moved/deleted.
FTP seems to work. It would be nice if there was support for folder hierarchy. I can drop folders and navigate through them in the FTP client, but they are not displayed on the site and are not encoded until you move them to the root
Player switching is broken, with any choice there will be JWplayer. Only Plyr supported mobile videos normally, the rest need to be configured.
It would still be nice to fix the thumb grid, now it is useless and wastes resources anyway.

The thumbnail grid issues is that it taking it in the center of the video? which place would be best?
I understand your other features and issues reported, that will also be fixed.
for example for a 3x3 grid
10%/25%/35%/45%/55%/65%/75%/85%/95%
the main thing is that it is not like now the whole image is with 50%
Will look into this, can you try FTP or ZOOM upload or they same too?
I'll disable that until improved, it will be back again
