Most of them dropped from the last 3 day for everyone because of the corrupt file problem, if you have many video this is the problem

There is a little problem with your system...I have uploaded video that has multiple audios but while playing I can't get any audio in that ....can you please look into this matter also got single video quality https://bestwish.lol/AZ18s9YpfHeuF
 
Is credit supposed to be added to my wallet when viewers watch? This is my first time sharing videos, and the number of views is increasing, but the view amount is not being added to my wallet. Please clarify.
