Could you add a message or something similar in the visitor's language for when videos are still uploading/processing instead of a blank white screen? Thank you.
 
Depend on account, if it's new, take a bit higher then 12 hours for payment

for the "Pending" status?
Yes for Pending and Queued. In my opinion, it would be a good idea so that users visiting that page know that the video is still being uploaded or something similar, so they know that it's not broken or buggy with a blank page, but simply being processed.

There is a message for Queued, but in my opinion, it's for the host and not for the user, as it's very generic.

for the Queued it was already there but not for Pending which we did just now
 
Am I the only one noticing slowdowns in uploading, encoding, conversion, etc. today? Since Vidguard hasn't been working for weeks and the developers aren't responding, maybe people are moving here.
