I just uploaded a video a few hours ago and I had to wait almost 2 hours for it to be encoded and before if it was encoded in less time, I try to upload another one right now? also another question, why the MKV subtitles are not grabbed if I have the option activated?

Yes, it should be a lot faster now.
About mkv its a known bug and on our fix list

I have already deleted all the videos from the file manager and I am uploading another one to see how it works, normally how long does it take to encode and another question, the server doesn't take the 2 languages, does it? the Spanish and English to play the video?

We dont support dual audio.
we have over 300 decoding servers, so it really shouldnt take long
 
I was using remote upload until 5 m ago, now every link gives me error even in links that were going until 10 minutes ago.

Hi I wanted to report to you a visual bug with remote upload, sometimes when I upload files when I click on remote upload they are all at 0.00% and then randomly they go forward in the upload, and then again they go back to 0 and then advance.

which links you try to remote upload? Or does it happen with any link?

No doubt You have great service but You should add more crypto payment options which have lower transaction fees !
