Thanks for your reply. Another question: in the "List Folder/Files" API, its response returns "downloads" for "files". Is it only for download count or include watch count as well? I'm asking this because I want to display the watch count on my video.

i heard about cases especially with coinbase wallets that it didnt got confirmed and it went back to our exchanger. If you waited more than 7 days please send me via pm when you requested the payout and your btc address. So my exchanger can look up if its still confirming or it went back to him.

This depends where you from and from where the paypal account is registered. So its possible you can get it through an personal account. But we dont put any fees on the payout process from our side. We even pay on our exchangers to give our users different options for an payout.

I would suggest to live with the paypal fees from time to time or look at advcash / payeer. BTC i wouldnt suggest atm maybe try BCH
 
Because of all the messages i will add it on the first post.

The network fees for BTC are very high atm which means if we (our exchanger) sends it with lower fees it will take a long time till you have it confirmed in your wallet. I know that this sucks and you plan with the money to pay your costs. The problem is if we want an higher BTC transaction fee from our BTC exchanger we have to put these costs on the actual payout which we dont want.
My suggestion please take another payout method like bch or paypal if you dont want to wait because we cant influence the btc network fees.

Because of that please only send us messages, about your btc payments if you waited longer than 10 days and we give you an feedback. Im sorry for this but i dont want to add any extra fees on the actual payout.
