Hmm you are the first one who is reporting slow speed with zoom. Do you have 5MB/s all the time? If you upload with an rdp / server you could send me your IP via pm and i check if maybe cloudflare etc. blocks some connections.

I mean we will whitelist their ip's, they were not blocked or anything maybe its an issue that they send to many requests and are getting blocked, but even if its true there would be a smart way to fix it.
