Use watchers.to got paid 5 times so far. Min payment amount is 5

It varies depending on the amount.
Never have seen a fee higher than 15%.

Watchers.to is very good, they send money to PayPal without any fees and always within 1 day...

At the advice got from @Bonata7 I tried watchers.to and wanted to say that they paid me in paypal pretty fast, asked for the payment and in 3-4h I got it.
