Streaming hosts that auto convert to flv

please if you know steaming host that auto convert to flv type it here .

i mean i will upload (avi,mkv,rmvb) file , and i want the streaming to be in flv .

thanks , but most of them doesn't count arabs views .
i need more like vidbux or vidxden but with auto flv convert .
