Streaming Filehost in MP4

Hi all,

I'm aware that Flv is the most commonly format.
However,
I'm looking a filehost which encodes uploaded video files to mp4, or stream videos in mp4 files.
[in hope of better quality than the flv ones]

All the video hosting i found on this forum can play the mp4 exactly like an flv file they are all using the jwplayer or floplayer to play youre files.
