Short delay while we move to the new processor. Reason being I cancelled the contract with the old processor as they were taking way too long to issue payments and could only handle net 15. Think most will be happy to get daily payments instead of bi-weekly
 
Hello Streamin


Got files getting stuck on "Working" and many files are not generating and give me an error message, "file is not video format" when it is. hope you can fix it. Got 3 stuck right now as i type this.

Working on it, should be resolved shortly. Thanks for letting me know
 
Error Loading Player

Hi,

There is loads of users saying about files saying on the video Error loading player, File not found or sumtin like that.
Its on the top left of video.
Ive seen other peoples videos here and there that have that error.
And one minute the video has the error then an hour later its gone, but then its back again.
Can you please fix this issue.
Please investigate it

Should be much better now after some server optimization

Still got the same issue happening. i add my files to remote upload and they all come back with this error. please fix it and Thanks.

why cant we delete a file anymore ? theres no selection to delete a file ?

Was taken out a while back due to accounts being hijacked. haven't seen any more issues since so i'll add the feature back soon
