Hi,maybe because the update rate is lowered and if I'm not mistaken, there are countries that were previously tier 1 to tier 2

well, it seemed a few days ago that the stats were back to normal, but since yesterday, however, I am seeing echo drops again ... will see by the end of the day.
and I'm not in a hurry but I'm waiting for payment from 2023-06-21 $xxxx PENDING.
and they were supposed to be faster.

Rates are fine like I stated above, wait until the end of the day and it will be fine.
As for payout, we are waiting on our end for payment from an ad network, the minute we get paid it goes straight to you guys without hesitation.
And keep in mind, you are the longest payout to complete, others are not this long.
But as I said, the minute the payment comes in on our end, we will send more payouts, we have been sending them daily, just some get paid some don't as we don't favor any user over anyone it is all on the date or the amount.
Overall, I have been monitoring everything very closely these last couple of days and can see things are running smoother, with videos, transfer speeds, and overall profits, so we can invest in more servers for you guys.
Trust the process, I promise I only work in favor of you guys, I really don't care to profit for myself, I really do just want to build a great long-term service, which can obviously sound fake coming from a message haha, but take my word for it, please
And from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for the support recently, It has been insane, to say the least, some could say it is the reason why we are unstable, which could be correct, but we are managing much better than ever and will continue to improve

maybe the admin can provide an update about payment every time it's late.
for example, inform that the estimated payment is made today or tomorrow.. because they are waiting for payment from the Ad Network, because they are on holiday or waiting for a working day.
you just need to inform the update like that, so that the user can be calm and understand. keep up the spirit admin

Yes, brother payment speeds are our main priority with server speeds. And making sure everyone's files are safe too, is not easy.
One thing I may ask you guys to not do is compare SH to another host, you need to realize we have to work in specific ways with the rates we offer you guys, you guys say the rates drop, yes, but still 2x from all other hosts and in my opinion better customer service than some, considering I am just one person.
I can easily show everyone here how fast payouts can be, but lets in order to do so, we have to offer the same as other hosts, so pretty much 2-3$ for 1k, not 6-8$.
I am working to balance everything with you guys, with high rates, fast payouts, fast speeds, and DMCA ignores. But if I offered low rates like others, then not be a problem to payout 24hrs max. Even though we have been trying our best to do that this week.
I will say this though, I do not understand why everyone wants daily payouts, over making more money but just waiting a couple more days lol, personally 1-4 days should be fine for anybody, any normal business offers these dates usually, but not many companies offer daily payouts.

My advice is just that, provide updates about payments here so users can understand them.
I monitor, SH is so extraordinary development.
Not a problem bro, I will let you guys know updates daily about payouts, and will be 100% honest If there is a delay or anything.
Also want to just state, even if a payment is ever delayed, you will always without a doubt receive your payouts, never will we not pay you, or try to cause drama or any issues with any users to prevent paying them, as that is not how we work, it is unprofessional. Just wanted to let you guys know that, as I have seen some drama this week regarding a similar situation.
