About the rates problem we investigated everything again, and found out that there was a bug in counting views, so it was paid at higher rates

You have 90% tier 5 traffic, rates are now fully normal I wish we can pay higher than this, but for those countries it's almost impossible.
we will raise tier 4 and tier 5 a bit but thats the max we can do

Okay admin,but I'm tier 4 not 5. And what I asked why it is different from 4/5 days ago. It means that something has changed. Rules or whatever idk because I got more in 4/5 days ago and suddenly drop more than a half.

What tier are you? Im from tier 4 and admin said 90% viewers from tier 5. that is impossible. Mostly my views must be from my country coz I share the files in FORUM

they not understand we are not all newbie and it is not so difficult to check and many of us already know what traffic we have
yesterday was 20$ after update was 40$ and now i se it's 35$....why???
views was counted ok i mean 2 views/ip and now just 1 view...why??

It also looks like to me it's only counting 1 view per IP according to my statistics and traffic I send.
Now I get it;
They have manipulated the code to show all tier 1 as tier 4 so that all earnings are slashed by more than 400%. I have major traffic from AUS, it was showing correctly during initial days and so was my earnings being reflected properly, now suddenly they are showing same traffic as from INDIA.
@StreamDAV do fix that.
Also before its was 2 view/IP in 24 H now is 1 view/IP.
So SHAVING has already started and its BIG TIME SHAVING going on.
If you want to retain your users then do fix it ASAP else slowly StreamDAV will be placed as 5th or 6th on the list.

For me the statistics are not right, Spain tier 3 is paying like tier 4 7usd
And if it says that it counts two views per IP but it does not, it is in first place in places where only it is and where the second or third have 20 or 30 views, it has 7

I'm sorry , firstly we had a bug with cloudflare that counted multiple views from tier 5,tier4 as tier 1 that's why the high rates, its not logically to get 10$ for 10k for Indonesia traffic.
Now it's back to normal and countries are counted right.
we have checked multiple users who have 90% of tier 1, tier 2 traffic , the rates haven't changed for them at all.
We count 2 IP's per 24h , 1 IP each 12h to understand better.

I agree. 1 viewing at every 12h, the usual trick is to account for fewer views. But on the site you can write 2 views \ IP.

my views are tier 3, tier 4 is residual, of every 100 views 10 or less are tier 4, on your site it is the other way around or worse I have everything tier 4 or 5 and tier 3 my main source of views does not even appear 6%.
