Unfortunately, the problem with your host is that there are waaaay too many ads. I get it before the videos start, but while the video is playing, a pop-up just pops up every 2 seconds. You can't even fast-forward without a new ad popping up.

Are you going to fix that? I mean, sure, i also want to make money, but visitors should still be able to watch the video.

please send a video with the ad? is it a popup? i switched an ad network yesterday and need to check where it's from.

we actually try to have a very reasonable amount of ads

I can also buy a premium account. I just need a host where I can upload my 1 TB of video for my xxx website.

Hello, currently subtitles are only supported as a manual addition in the video manager.

But we could add multi-language subtitle support and also look into adding a subtitle extraction setting.

in any case if you encounter uploading / encoding issues, please open a ticket - we can assign a different encoding server to your account
