hi, you're right, we could definitely improve encoding speeds

until then, you can see the position in the encoding queue of each video while by clicking on its title from the dashboard

50% would basically be almost like 0% in terms of the user experience

the anti-adblock right now is intended to block ad blocking users
but we are working on implementing ads that don't get blocked as easily by ad blockers and as such, rewarding adblock views (70-100%)
