We expect for videos under 10 minutes that users watch at least 20%. Which in the case of your 9 minute video it would be roughly 1.5 minutes.

There is no shaving activated so if you’re getting views they’ll be counted.

We Mentioned to bigfattv above there was some cache that cleared. We may consider changing it back to 30 or moving your preferred country to a higher tier once we assess traffic.

we are doing absolutely 0 shaving. You can see for yourself. As long as 20% of your video is being watched the view is counted assuming it’s not VPN or proxy.
