Strange problem in with all scripts

For past few days I am coming across strange problems.All scripts in my website stop working suddenly.May it be vbulletin,wordpress,dle or any other script.
I cant really figure out the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Its not the problem with server.
I have sites with two hosts.
Both are experiencing same problem.
