Well at first one thing we all know.. No 1 Refunds for Dedicated Servers

But if you did not get what you paid for is something different which you should fight for it.

I suggest you wait a day or two more if not open a paypal claim or something, or another thing would be may be, he might close that paypal account or something, so the faster u do the claim the better for you. Just put the claim on, and wait to hear from him.

OK, so there's a problem. Whether it's a difference between port & connection speeds, or something else Storming will sort it (& the more polite you are, the better co-operation you'll get - That's universal!). Have you ever stopped to think that he's not been supplied what he ordered & is having an issue with the DC himself? Perhaps they've just put it on the wrong network?

Yup, you're in a different DC. He's admitted an error there, but he wouldn't be using that DC if it was shit - Nobody would, but you're on the same continent & it's not like you've been dumped in a HK dial-up DC on purpose for a quick profit ^o).

Now we all know about this & you've got the Mods involved, so why don't you just grow up & stop spamming the chatbox for hours on end & creating a new thread every time you log on? Use the support system that's what it's there for - Idiot :blink:. PM the Mods a copy of anything relevant.

TBH, with you're attitude I'd have just told you to f@#k off days ago!

(& before anyone starts muttering - Yep, Storming's what I would class as a mate - ONLY because he's friendly, helpful & trustworthy ;).)

Mods were involved earlier on Storming's side -_- He was FORCED to create new thread as his earlier one was CLOSED. If client doesnt get what he ordered then he will only legally blame reseller as he never had anything with DC?

I never talked with goldie b4 all this & tbh I always hav respect for Storming & hav talked to him b4.

I prefer to stand by what I FEEL rather than standing by a MATE :)

Its Quite simple he might have not read the whole server configuration it might have been something like

1Gbps Port *


* 1Gbit Burstable Port

Coz mate before reselling any server it is the resellers job to first test those servers if they match up to his requirements then only he should start reselling them . May be Goldie was his first dedicated server client so after goldie told him the problem to storming he might have asked the dc why the speeds are low and then the dc might have told the servers are not on a dedicated 1Gbit port but a Burstable port . Just to be practical a server with 1Gbps dedicated port so cheap is really rare i mean 100$ where storming reseller price should be arround 80-85$ so basically such cheap servers that to in the US is very rare

I'm not taking sides, or "Standing by a mate" WF. The point is this guy's spamming the chatbox every day with accusations and creating threads (I think this is the 3rd, but cba to look :|) when the whole matter is known by all & has got the attention of the mods - Who also see the shite in the chatbox, maybe his attitude influenced any "Side taking"?

It's unlike like Storming not to sort an issue out asap, but with this guy's attitude - Well, he needs to take a politeness pill imo:))
As I said: I treat Storming as a mate BECAUSE of my past dealings with him.

I believe the other thread was closed because it's all in hand & to stop the usual drama :P.

@ DJ - Point taken, but Storming's already admitted fault. And no, goldie's not his 1st dedi client by a long way.

@ Elio - Yup, if it's Storming's fault & can't be sorted quickly - Refund.

I hope goldie gets a refund. He clearly didn't get what he ordered.

It shouldn't be his headache that DC is not gonna refund Storming. A reseller must test speeds and other aspects of a dedi before selling it to clients.

This issue has been pending for a while and still no resolution. There is every reason for goldie to be angry. People get upset over losing even $10. $100 is a lot of money.

Right then Goldie, I've said to you numerous of times that we can get the DC changed or even provide you a server that is very much alike if not better in the other DC.
As for the speeds as far as i can tell they are on 1gbps ports and this is also what we are told form the data center. We have got quite a few clients on these servers and within the 2 networks we operate in and we've had NO complaints as to yet for the speed issues.

You say that there is no support when infact Warezdemon has posted a screen shot of the ticket you opened with us and quite clearly you can see there is support and pretty good response times. I admit there is a delay in your latest reply this is due to an internal issue in which was sorting but all other tickets have had a very fast response time.
For the simple fact you have been rude every moment as client of Servlix even before you recieved your server details AND if was wasn't a nice person i would of honestly told you to go away but I'm not like that I give chances to everyone.

Instead of opening a thread every few days, calling me a scammer (day 1!) and constantly flamming me in the chatbox please stick to support ticket in which you have opened.

Also for the speeds your getting I had posted screenshots of uploading to Hotfile, Fileserve and i was getting speeds of 8mbps to 27mbs + which is no where near what you are stating.

Anyways you can continue to chat away I'm not longer going to be replying her due to the fact you do not listen to anything i've said to you nor do you pay attention instead you just read inbetween the lines.

And to whoever stated abotu WRZHost I never owned that i was apparently a partner but turns out what everyone is saying about them is very true indeed.

Read all member tried my 1GBit US Dedi Server RL and no one is saying its fair speed for 1GBit. than how you can say?

Storm please just refund my money cause you r still telling me to listen what you said before

Friends please tell Storming if he cannot deliver what he said than please tell him to refund my money back

I tried out the RL with a Rapidshare premium account, took me 16 minutes to download a 100mb file, I never tested the upload, but the download was shocking. My RL on a shared server is at least 4x faster. In my opinion he should be refunded, 110 bucks is a lot of money to some people and it's not fair if he got that for his money, he could get something faster for 5 bucks. :O
 
I tested his Rapidleech to download a 200mb file from Megaupload using premium account and the average download speed was just under 2 mb/s.

Quite bad for a 1gbps dedi tbh.
