Storming(Respected member) is Scammer

I am trying to contact him from 2days by PM,Chat & Support Ticket

btw if you guys think that he is not scammer than why his dedi server is not located as he said on his topic of dedi sells.

He given me dedi server that is not located to as he said on this topic(Location: Chicago, USA - ServerCentral network.)

This is what he given me
IP: 204.93.171.114
Location: CALIFORNIA
ISP : STREAMGUYS

Please Help me to refund my money back from him

What the hell? Two hour after submitting a ticket you open a Scammer thread!

He's online and obviously trying to resolve the suitation. Use the ticket support system as that what it's for. PM me in one hour and no less if your still having issues and not happy.

Until then Closed as your both now online and can work it out privately.
 
I re-opened this topic because I'm still getting complaints that this hasn't been resolved.

Well storming was saying the DC has changed the port but after testing this dedi i dont think the dc has done anything its just my thinking that may be storming has given u a burstable 1Gbit port so basically u may get 1Gbps speed but not always u can get speeds as low as 2 mBps and and as high has 40-50mBps so basically u are going in a loss but still give him 2-3 days time if he doesnt fix it then open a dispute against him stting to paypal that u didnt get what you ordered.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MORE 2-3DAYS....
 
thats really awful :( 100MBIt connection is better than this connection. May be as gaurav said. You are being connected to single 1GBPS port along with many other servers. SO the connection is burstable upto 1GBPS but not contant. I feel sorry for u :( Spending $100 & getting nothing, getting VPS is better than this.
 
There was a simpel mistake in the DC's since we operate out of 2 different ones within the USA.

tbh expect the excuse tht goldie has been rude(he has all the reason to be rude I guess), I havent seen anything substantial. Storming accepted giving Dedi from wrong/different as advertised :|

The test performed by DJGaurav only proves the goldie points furthermore. Waiting for reply from Storming.
 
I also think its a 1GBit Burst port and that making "mistake" wasn't Goldie's Fault.
I will now say Storm you open a dispute against DC and Goldie you open a Dispute against Storming
 
^Exactly... I was thinking of getting a 1 GBPS Dedi and I'd sure as hell be mad too if I'm being put on a shared port. It's expensive after all.

Either way, I've only had positive encounters with Storming before, I hope you two can resolve the issues here :)
 
Storming should have clearly stated that the server is on a 1Gbit burstable port its not good as we all can see the server speeds are quite slow :( anyways i feel storming has to refund goldie as goldie didn't receive the product what he ordered even if storming's tos say refund is not possible still any law will say the consumer as all the rights to have a refund if he doesnt get the service he had ordered

Reason : DC is not going to refund, storming. And storming must have paid to DC. So its tough for storming to give money from his pocket.

Agreed but he has to it aint the DC's fault clearly storming is just fooling us by saying they are working on the issue i have done deals with many dc's but most of them wont take more than 2days to fix any network related issue also changing ports and all wont take more than half a day to be done by any reputed dc unless storming is reselling some pretty lazy data center

i was first thinking that goldie aint right , but now with the proof's i think he is, and storming will have to refund him, or provide the thing he wants.
 
damn ..... it must be real hard for goldie and hence he opened it .... now it's hard for stroming as maybe for a mistake he'll need to pay from his pocket as i hardly see returns from DC

May be he is a not a scammer ,hes still around even after saying goodbye.

but,before looking into the matter in detail please dont blindly support your friend just because you people used to spam the sb together.:-?
