Well I guess they have cleared the payments till November, 2009. I also have 3 pending requests made in December. I requested 2 in November and got paid.

when u request the payment, they take the money off ur account right away, then u will have to wait sometimes til u reach $10 again
i requested twice so far , one in Dec 2k9 and one just two days ago

Well sites like HF pays every week without fail to thousands & doing it for years, why do you ever make an attempt to earn money with new and cashout opting sites?
It was already stated as scam by many users in many sites..
Just use RS, HF, MU for any purpose.

nothing since beginning of January and that was the mass payment after two monts I suppose. To sum up, one payment in three months. You can just dream about 3 bussines days. I wouldnt recommend them.
