Well, first of all, everyone has to start from somewhere. So if you hate newbies...u need to remember the time when u were one. (well jayfella told me that 2ce so i learned it) The new users of PS should and must sell at low price. They might suck but with time and practice they will improve. If you are a good designer then you should not worry at all, show people your samples, your quality and for sure you can sell at a higher price. Then to the persons who say "cheap shitty GFX" . Not to mention, gfx is highly biased on personal basis, you may like what I hate. Then the new users do not even know the market rates (most of the time) as many designers do not reveal their rates. But, they will learn that with time, there is no need to cry over this.

Beginners shouldn't be selling work at all, they should be doing work for free to gain experience and build a portfolio. But to be fair, anyone can sell gfx work at any price they want.
This is why I don't sell my GFX work here, most members here prefer not to spend a lot on graphics for some reason and always expect professional work at stupidly low prices..
Shah, beginners should sell their work, why not? Why should they just do for free? Experience is one thing, yes you do get it but most of you would realize that if you are not getting paid, you won't do your best. I encourage new designers to sell their service (:
