Xenon Server 4Cores and 8Threads
100Mbps/1Gbps (Unlimited or Min of 30-50TB)
12-16GB RAM
500GB-1TB HDD

I am ready to Pay as soon as I get the Good Server.. But you mush be sure the DC Will allow this "XRUMER"...

Mate you wont find a service provider that allows XRUMER. Cause it will generate too many complaints and probably get the IP black listed very fast
