I'd recommend a larger company, I use Carat Networks for a few things and even though they are in Canada I have yet to have any problems.
 
i would say go with a more established hosting solution.. wrzhost comes to mind for me

making a thread like this will bring out all the small new hosting companys that will likely disappear after a month or so,check thru the hosting offers section of the forum,and be sure to read reviews of the hosts thoughly before making a decision,dont need any more threads like "so and so host scammed me out of $2"
