Starting a warez forum

I'm looking to start a warez forum with just a guest section to gain downloads to my files. I need suggestions on a domain service and hosting, I'm basically clueless on hosting. If you guys could point me in the right direction on offshore hosting with a good stable package that would be great. I need suggestions on ads to place on the site as well. I would like to come out each month even or maybe make a little profit.

Do you users have experience with these hosting sites? Also what packages would you recommend.

webt and veeble are both fast for loading and be good for forums but if your site got to busy like if you had 50members all on at once i not sure if it may slow the site down and they got a limit of 15% usage i think aswell and then you would need to get a vps thats only problem you would get and i not sure about hozterz but there site seems to load up fast

if you going to get load of members on forum joining etc theses are doing vps http://veeble.org/vps_DE.php and you probly would need to start off with is 100gb bandwidth

I have seen that domains from godaddy and stuff aren't offshore and can get you in trouble. I wanna run a legal as possible.

Thanks the only problem is I don't understand hosting. The last site I ran was years ago and I had free hosting.

For a domain with free privacy protection (so nobody knows who you are): domains.securesignup.net

Hosting: hostgator is good and professional.

Script: myBB, easy and free.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with http://wrzhost.com/ since users in the hosting forum all talk well about it. I'm just not sure on a package to purchase.
