Yea update, we are having an issue at the DC I hope to have resolved asap. And also if domain goes down my USA DC is being a bitch they got a DMCA from WHMCS but yet I have a vaild license I have the worst luck so any support I guess email imagesshared at gmail.com for now
new rule will be in place with contacting us for support issues (example but not picking on user above, writing a pm on wj or in this thread are not read as fast as support tickets are...another example you may contact staff via a personal messenger well if that one is unsure how to fix another tech that could is unaware until the two techs talk) so in short pm's, post, and personal messenger messages will be asked to open a support ticket....and "you get what you pay for" most of the accounts I have on there are me honoring startechs contracts...and if you have issues you know you open a support ticket? Never got one from you recently, have many satisfied customers...and I am always willing to help if proper means of support are followed.
That said we have been having an issue with this server and a new one is on order I want to move everyone this weekend, this will resolve the issues we have had.
