well l0calh0st, yea it is for the new customers and not for the existing ones. :)

and GW_TAZ, when startech owned it, he was running it by his means and costs, not that what we are facing at the moment.

there were many things to be done and still pending to be done, so will you even worry to discuss about that?

And even we need to incur the costs and losses that we make. and well if you aren't interested with the offers so please stay away from in here rather spoiling it.

And we would still had loved to have you as a customer as the new prices are only for the "New Customers".

For the existing ones, r0ck will confirm it later but for now its the same what it was earlier. :)

I take it that it is OK to ask questions about, what is a large increase for the same package?

As to me being a customer of yours, this is the reason i left because i had an idea you would do things like this.

It's R0ck's right to change prices.

Every company can change prices from somewhere on.

but you shouldn't worry because normally people that signed up under for example the Vincimus 1 pack for 1$ will keep that pack till they cancel .

That is what the TOS that i made stated. if R0ck changed it then theres nothing to do about it .

9.Price Change

Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any price change throughout the contract period. The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase.
this is what i typed in the TOS . and as i just checked the current TOS is still active.

Also just so you know we aren't on the same vps you were with Startech. Its bigger and more expense. But its your choice if you want to use us or not.

9.Price Change

Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any price change throughout the contract period. The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase.
But I will add it to first post

also something had to be done since we have USA, Germany, and a NL server....before there was only a Germany server
 
Selling hosting for $1 makes it near imposable to run a reliable profitable hosting company.

Raising the minimum price to $3 is a good move to be able to provide a good reliable service in the future, and all existing customers keep there original plans... so stop bitching if you cant afford $3 you shouldnt be creating web sites :)
 
that's because we have an issue at the DC, would have kept people updated however as you can see even our site is down. I will however work something out for this downtime, which is out of my control...I have opened a ticket with DC and at this time I know as much as you do

Not all of our customers are affected by this, it seems to be the germany server....I will keep you update when i can
 
Update: Server is running again, still have not heard what the cause was. Once I know I will let you know. However all current customers open a support ticket please, so we can work something out for the downtime.

update 2: USA and NL servers we are switching nameservers
 
Since we were suddenly moved from germany to netherlands the servers no longer have a number of features. However, the one I require for my website is cURL. Which is not installed on these NL servers.

I liked the Germany box :( NL always a drag..

First this is wj not our support site, so I should wait until you ask properly but its enabled now.

As far as the German server being better, I dunno yet to early to tell but Mysql errors and downtime daily is not better. However I can provide you hosting on a German server but it has Webmin and not Cpanel since its a private server. So if this is something you want then ask us in a support ticket please
