is there any specific reason to stick with UK or FR ?

Btw for 100$ you might get Openvz VPS with 100GB SSD disk (clear over selling of disk space).

I need decent connections to both USA (east coast/ center) and Europe, i do have a server (178.33.1**.***) (think its ovh, france) that works well but need better hard drive write speeds as i need it to do some rar'ing.
