Sql Issue vbulletin from cpanel to kloxo

Hey Wj i recently got a vps with Kloxo installed, i have setup everything. but im trying to import my vbulliten database, but i got an error. i edited the config.php The only issue i could think of is the user attached to the db dosnt have all the permissions, how would i fix this? thanks!

setup a new user & dbname on kloxo that match your previous on cpanel
or just make a new one, then add it on the config.php

that shouldn't be the problem if you were using the splitter
maybe your database was broken to begin with?

anyways have you tried to import the DB using bigdump?
