Down for more than 72hours. No informations, no news, no tech update. Nothing.
Really really really bad. And really unprofessional.
My websites are still down (on your server), but i'm professional and I just moved the last backup on a new server in less than 4 hours.
You lost everything, no communication to your customers, your site unreachable... unbelievable !

Obviously not so great reputation. BitDefender blocks me from going to their site.
When I press continue, sites down.

I received the email...but i cannot login to cpanel with the details you sent me
I try changing password from client area, but the same.
It saids: The login is invalid.
