Okay, I need an offshore hosting, of not just any kind.
I need a DDoS Protected(filtered, can't be knocked down at all),
I need a site that allowes Warez Linking, and allows me to post
ANYTHING such as hacking related material for peoples
education uses. I won't be harming any servers, just posting
stuff on my forums. Can anyone help me find my needs?

I got in contact with your previous host and they said you wanted to host child porn? If you want to do that on our hosting - Sorry we don't allow it and neither does WrzHost I think. But if you don't want to host Child Porn your welcome to host at THP.
