Shared Something for phpBB (maybe shared)

Hello,

I'm looking (again) for cheap hosting or shared for new warez forum in phpBB. Forum is 2 months old and currently we have about 600 users and 300 topics.
We used undergroundprivate.com, which is great but they have some problems with emails (we can't send emails to some users).

Try ICPH, im hosting several phpbb forums there. There is 200 emails per hour limit.

I don't need a lot of emails. My problem is if somebody registers he never received confirmation mail.. Sometimes it works, sometimes not..
