Some good hosting

Hi I'm looking for some hosting, i would like to come with a free .com domain
I heard of servage.net but some of the reviews are bad saying it has lots of down time.

Could anybody suggest one for me?

I would like as much space and bandwidth as possible for no more than €10 a month

Also can it be safe, I have hurd of some stealing you money, stealing your domain and using it to host emails for other people....
Also FTP accounts
Email addresses
Sub domains!

Basicly as much like Servage, but with more uptime

I would like it monthly paid and Free domain

no more than around €10 - €15

I use http://www.offshorehostingsolutions.com/ and they are very good. In order to get a free domain usually a host makes you pre-pay for a year or a certain amount of time. I haven't seen a host that gives a free domain if you sign up and pay monthly.
