after:

add your IP and name for site
94.112.55.95 mysite.org
94.112.55.95 www.mysite.org

And yes this is true , data center is changed, in my cPanel Server Name: wsnet... :D
 
Due to serious issues in real life, I've been unable to access the internet.

However, the move was finally successful after the data center fixed their issues as I requested and the new servers is running stable. There will be one final reboot later tonight which will finalize the server setup.

The Ecatel server is to be officially dropped due to hardware issues and failure on their side to help.

PS: Our helpdesk is currently down at this time while we get the licenses switched over to the new IPs and reconfigured.

how can i access my whm account can any one give me ip of current NL server so that i can access my whm acc and create new accounts and whts the new name server ip's so that i can change my custome namer server
 
so do we have to change the nameservers on our domains? can you please explain what we need to do exactly as for the past 2 days ive been making changes on the server side but no changes are showing on the actual website is this due to the change? as ive been baffled
Ive removed some sites off the server and they are still showing on the domains etc also removed some images off the server which are still showing on my sites
 
I didnt have to do anything, my site has been up since and it is using the new IP. I do feel that my site is running slighly slower, not nearly as fast as when SN was with Ecatel. Only problem at the moment is that cPanel is slow and I am not able to download my backups and the time stamp on the server is causing some problems for my site and forum.
 
Yea and my 2 site is down :( but r00tsecurity.org working... i think that is problem again but now with new server .ws ...
 
You should have got an info email from them, that they finally have moved to other servers, and you should update your name servers to :
NS1: 64.20.34.51 (US BASED)
NS2: 217.23.1.173 (NL BASED)

But the problem is now that solidenode is down and when I try to update the name servers via namecheap, I get an error XD
 
What do you mean?

name server for you domain is:

ns1.solidnode.com
ns2.solidnode.com

i think that you not need change ns...

We finally have moved everything over to the new servers. If you have not received your free month of hosting, please let us know. Our helpdesk system is also back online. However, we had to drop all tickets from the system since we had well over 10k, and it was easier to just wipe them all and answer them as they come in.
Please take note of the new name servers:
NS1: 64.20.34.51 (US BASED)
NS2: 217.23.1.173 (NL BASED)
 
i think the nameservers are the same it's just the ip's which have changed inorder for to access the server and ftp but either way its down and so is solidnode's site so something's definately up
