So yeah I got disabled by Fileserve

I guess you should search WJ and see what happened to YAD. A copyright holder complained against the user, not just his files. :)

Lets just end this, ricky isn't answering and that should be indication enough that this isn't the usual Referral cheating and Multiple IP ban, like he said, the OP should move on. Make a new account and resume uploading.

Why should he comment in public an issue that only concerns fileserve and masterb56?.

Maybe this issue will be revealed by wikileaks one day....

I'm not sure about Ricky. Never heard him say he was from HK and worked in HK. But then again, I know about taxes and the no business in HK rule. I've read about it. I guess it warrants some more research and looking into.

They also don't have any reason to go about telling you. Companies, filehosts and otherwise, rarely talk about their internal matters. This includes taxes, if I'm not mistaken.

Then again, like I said, I wouldn't know for sure. And unless there's credible source, I'm pretty much just speculating.

Yeah well i can understand what masterb is going through right now.
I was kinda angry because i wasnt notified first,as someone said they could have just deleted all the files and warned the user to stop uploading that kind of content or next time ban/disable.
In short words what happened to me was someone reported at first my links,a 38 pages topic,an 8 months topic and 3000 links each from fileserve/hotfile were gone.
I started a new topic and on 10th page files again got reported,like 1200 in total or smth.
I started a topic again and in 2 days i opened Fs to my earnings and i see the User Disabled thingy,i was thinking it was error but meh.
Talked with ricky a lot and he said he couldn't do anything about it but to move on with a new account,i didn't have only porn on that account but also anime,tv shows,some programs and like 180 bluray movies.
You have no idea about the hassle and stress i went through replacing links (not to mention redownloading and uploading again)
Luckily for me i had pressed payout 2 days before the disabling happened so FS did send me the money (218$)
My earnings at that time were 8-12$ a day and i am sure 4-5$ were from porn since i continue uploading movies and getting 4-6$ daily.

So what i did was opened a new account and started again,no porn on fileserve anymore,moved that to filesonic which i barely make 0.5-1$ a day (yea pathetic)
No problems so far with Fs.

I can say though that HF didn't do anything to me at all,they just deleted files.At that time i was silver and making 2-3$ a day with HF.
They probably got a letter as well but they took no action like disabling account,my filemanager from 450gb of storage used went to 10gb or smth but thats all,no account disabled.

I Hope my post was useful.
To Op either move on with a new account or switch to another host,its useless to stress over it,i myself even considered stopping uploading lol.
 
thanks for sharing your view, Yad. after reading that I'm more happy to stick with Hotfile no matter how much new filehosts pop out and offer higher earnings. HF is the king. :)

Well just an update, I switched to Filesonic and I now earn waaaaaaaay more than what I had in Fileserve. Yeah Fsc deletes my files but they don't delete my account. In the end, I'm glad to be with a file host that not only respects and stands by with their affiliates but got some big hairy balls too.

About a week ago i stopped uploading to Fileserve.
My earnings have sank to roughly $0.75 cents per day & all of a sudden people just don't use them anymore.
