There is almost always a reason why they ban your account without telling you. At least, not for $140 a week.. :/
You sure you gave all info? Perhaps something 'small' you forgot that got you banned?
Cause if not this is quite serious..

Can you provide more detail?
What kind of content did you upload? Movies, TV Shows, POP music, Software, Game, Porn or others?
Can you check are your files all or partial alive or all have been deleted?

Please tell us what kind of content you mainly uploaded so we can avoid uploading them in the future. Thank you.

Sorry, I was asking the OP masterb56 who gets disabled. I would like to know what kind of content he mainly uploaded so I can avoid uploading that kind of content in the future.

Also thank you for sharing your experience! :D

I dont think it was multiple ip log, neither was it because of any cheating like self referral etc. The last time someone ( yad) was banned like this, it was because a company pointed out the user and asked fileserve to kill the person's account or else.

That guy uploaded porn from brazzers and so brazers complained to FS and his account was banned otherwise legal action would have been taken against Fileserve.

I believe OP uploaded something, the company who held the legal rights of that thing got pissed and reported the user to FS, otherwise threatened legal action.

And please stop with the BS about other hosts, what we do is illegal and to stay legal these companies have to oblige if the above case takes place. If they dont, they will be shutdown, and ANY HOST, HF, MU, RS will ban your account for this.

Let me just clarify, I dont upload under@ge Prn, not in a fuckin million years.

Second, I didn't reupload back to FS what was DMCA'd, I reuploaded it to other filehosts - which last time I checked, does not violate TOS.

Third, I do think that iTwins is correct. Some company might have threatened to sue FS and instead of defending me, they opt for the easy way out. What do you expect from an onshore host?

So no matter what you do, if someone threatens to sue FS because of your uploads, you're fucked.

I just thought they had more balls than that.

And Lastly, yes I upload porn. But I don't single out any website and try to upload all of their stuff. I randomly post what I find. Unlike the brazzers guy, I was doing what other uploaders are doing.

So think before you upload with Fileserve. Do you really think they would be worth your files/time/money/effort? Do you really think they won't disable your account even when you play by their rules? I was once the guy who was criticizing people who got their accounts disabled. And not look where it got me.

That sucks, I also upload porn, hope this won't happen to me.
Anyway, yeah it's worth it cause you did get paid these 6 months for uploading illegal files. I highly recommend to go to freakshare, their rates are insane. Or Bitshare, less rates but faster free download speed.

Stop being such a tard.

You (we) have absolutely no idea what goes on behind the scenes of FS.

For all we know - YES FS could ban users making too much money (but you didnt) or taking the easy way out when they are threatened.

But in reality you have no idea if a COURT has told them to shut up, and/or if the 'piracy police' comes knocking on your door within the hour.

Continuing the slander in a situation like this is not fair.

For all we know FS could have spent time and money defending you in a court.

Create a new account and get over it. =)

@ Gerner2010
For all we know FS might have just pressed a button and deleted me without even thinking, we wont know wont we? Because what? Yeah that's right FS won't tell you.

Gerner2010 I know you have been also a staunch supporter of FS and I do hope it won't happen to you to. But if it does, I won't laugh at your kiss ass face and say I told you so.

That is the dilemma - maybe FS CAN NOT tell you - we dont know.

If my account gets banned, I will personally track down Ricky and kick him in the groins :)

You say it like they're some government with 10000 of top secret shit.
They're just a filehost and there are only a few possible reasons why his account got deleted. It's not public sharing, making too much money, re-uploading deleted files. Only possibility, yes someone contacted Fileserve and got your account deleted. Continue thinking FS spent time and money in court for an uploader that uploads illegal files and gets paid for it. Lol.

You are maybe (probably) right.

But still... someone could have told them to delete the account and shut up about it.
No need to make a conspiracy theory about this.

And that was my input to this thread :)

All file hosts are own government:D
