So tired with Fileserve support

I was ask the to delete my old account which hacked by someone. ( i was sent description and FS still disable account ) because i use my main paypal email is still alive with that account.

They do not care ...

After a few month i regist new account to use and I am forget to disable automatic subscription then my paypal has charged from FS.

Then i dispute transcation ans ask FS support to solve my problem , They reply " close dispute before we do anything " FS was not confirm to solve my problem.

I think my problem gone with the wind .

( first account has a lot of file still alive and my file can download for what ? )

1. If you close any dispute - you won't ever be able to reopen it again .

Yeah the automatic subscription is a real problem especially if you don't login to paypal often
 
If you have been hacked ONE time, we help you out. Furthermore, you receive an infraction that if you get hacked again, you get disabled. Simple.

If you have been disabled it means you were too care less of who you pick as RDP/host OR you just like to throw your username and password to the wolves. We are not paid to pick up your wrong-doings.

Secondly, the automatic payment is your own wrong-doings, again. You are informed first before pressing Agree & Submit, there's a star that states Paypal Subscription when you purchase 9.99, you are given an email and you can probably also read the Terms that states that it is a subscription. We have nothing to hide. You open a dispute, you lose your Premium status. You become a Free. If you do choose to comply with our demands of closing the dispute, we will re-instate you.

I should tell CS team that they should be tired of dealing with the same human beings who causes trouble and hassle for them...Oh wait; that's why we setup the rules as such again.

Now tell me, where did we commit the crime of any wrong-doings?

Thank for reply i have only last 2 day to make decision to close or consider escalatingto a claim.

First account that 1 time hacked i was sent all description to FS support , they never reply or help

i was ask you Ricky FS and you say you have not power to do that
i do not need it any more but my paypal account still there

it very easy to help me for my security purpose.

Second account i know what i do.

PS : Due to SEO i can use thread name with " bad support " but i'm not think to do that

Now I 've decided to close dispute and wait for FileServe support.

it's only 10 $ to buy reliable from Fileserve.

The only thing i need is remove my paypal address from disable account.

If FS support do not care again , i will report here
