Hey all, so its been a minute since Ive been in the Webmaster scene...can I use some advice?

Offshore WebHosting..
I have been searching through, and was wondering...are these two the top/best/most reliable offshore webhosting (starting off as a shared account, will eventually upgrade to VPN/Dedicated)

Warez-host.com
SpetsnazHost.com

Are there any suggestions for different hosts? I will be running a Warez site, (also, could you inform me if this is still allowed to be discussed? I don't want to violate any terms and conditions that may have changed since the last time I was apart of this community)

I recommend daring host, But they only do reseller,shared hosting and vps.

Well, I went through DaringHost. Thanks Alex for your response. So far they've been great and I have no complaints.
