i read locals post how to null whmcs , he wrote its all the same even if u remove the callbacks so i said

Bought a VPS from them on 13-01-2011. Before buying they (Josep U) told me to test the server buying. If u don't like we will refund. Today my server is up. There was a misconfiguration in rapidleech, they fixed that, But unfortunately Transmission is not supported in theire server. And when i went to use mu rl its speed is like this

I asked for refund and now they are (Deep S) telling me they don't refund money in VPS. This was my waste of money.
 
I find it strange on how webhosting provides say they don't offer refunds for vps server. You should've read the Terms of Services before ordering as it's stated on there Terms Of Services. The only option can can give you is open up a dispute with the payment processor you made your payment with.

We never give refunds. It's clearly in our TOS. The speed is like that. Your on a 100mbps SHARED line. Not dedicated port. These servers are not for RapidLeech. You can use it if you want. But they aren't made for it. Your on a Germany server I assume? FileServe is in the US. You most likely won't get good speeds to US filehosts. Try RapidShare, you most likely will get good speeds. You should have a US VPS if you want good speeds to the US like HotFile etc. It's hard to believe somebody told you that we would refund. Even if somebody did, check the TOS.

I paid for USA vps. How could I know u guys are selling German VPS's by telling them USA. And where have u stated that its 100mbps shared?

And about refund? I m not asking u to refund me, just telling u not to put that person in your online support who is noob about your TOS.

And it clearly says 100mb plans are the top ones. And 1GBps are the bottom ones. Also please remember your on a shared port. If you want faster speeds please go for 1GBps. Also post screens of other hosts like Hotfile aswell, might just be FileServe. And Bizzaro we install the cPanel for you :) So yea maybe it's higher.

RonTY this is not a support forum so please don't post things like this here. You could have asked over live chat if you never knew it was a shared port. Post reviews like this in hosting discussions. Not here. We have many happy clients so sorry that you don't like our services :). Also RonTY please remember, our live chat staff are humans. We also have various new staff members. So everybody makes mistakes. Remember that.

Edit: RonTY I checked the LiveZilla archive. The person never said that we let you test it. They said there's a 10-day moneyback guarantee. Which was referring to Shared Hosting plans. So get your facts right.

Please, if you say you had a bad experience with some host, mention the reason and proof, otherwise people will think you're just lying.

On the 1GBps VPS', the speeds are alot faster. We recently used a 1gbps VPS VNC. We got 15mbps via RapidShare.

Also, transmission is supported. You just need to install it. You have an unmanaged VPS.

Visit Live Chat (link in footer). You can get 80% off your first month. Shared/Reseller only. VPS prices are the same though. Get them while you can ;)
