smartermail no auth in capability

Hi,

I upgraded smartermail. Now it doesn't authenticate any accounts. On checking the CAPABILITY it doesn't display any auth modes. See below

a001 CAPABILITY
* CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1
a001 OK Capability completed.
What is missing? How should I make it authenticate? Please help!
