VPS small KVM Linux VPS in EU

Hi
i'm searchring a small KVM VPS within the EU
- Disk space: enoguh for debian and openVPN so about 1GB (750MB should be enough, but better safe than sorry)
- Bandwidth: 1TB or more
- RAM: 128MB or more
- Unmanaged
- no control panel
- Monthly budget: i would like to stay below 10$ but 15$ is the max i want so spend
- Payment types: PayPal, Credidt-card
- Location: Somehwere in the EU, but not in Germany

the VPS has to have tun/tap-interface enabled and openVPN has to be allowed.

On KVM there is not need to enable tun/tap-interface.

no it's not illegale.
it's just going to route my traffic from and to google to anotugher country
(mainly to get rid of GEMA-warnings on youtube videos)
