Slimming breakfast is the first meal of the day and probably the most important because it allows to recharge the batteries after several hours of fasting.

Breakfast is actually pretty hyped up to be the most important meal of the day (funnily enough, by cereal companies!) but before you break your fast you are designed to be sharper so you can hunt. I do intermittent fasting - try that. It's really good for you and definitely slimming!
 
Eat whatever you like but remember morning your body needs proteins more than glimpse, so eat proteins too. Eggs or cornflakes are a good example.
