sleepyti.me works by counting backwards in sleep cycles. Sleep cycles typically last 90 minutes.

Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired and groggy, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert!

I've been using this for quite a while since I'm usually up late & struggle to wake up for work. It's helped alot.

I've abided by the sleep cycle thing for about 7/8 years. One thing to remember, especially if it doesn't work for you is that every person's cycle is different. The range is from around 60mins to 130mins regeneration cycles, so work out what's best for you.

It is the difference between waking up feeling bright as hell and ready for anything or that feeling when you have to sit on the bed for half an hour with your eyes refusing to open :D
 
This is pretty cool, definitely going to bookmark it and try it tonight. Dunno if Ill actually get up tomorrow at the time it says tho lol. I'm not a morning person.
 
yea its true , for summer in fall asleep 10:00 pm- 11:00pm

and woke 7 AM morning due to Hot sun coming up on my head.

but Wrong for Winters , i sleep on 10 PM and woke 1PM of morning
