Site Pop-up add plugin

Hello friends i have two site one site having good traffic another one new site, so i need to promote new one.

When visitors entered my old site i need to open one pop-up with my new site in a new window.

And also please suggest what are the ways available for promoting my new site in old site.

Any one help me in this...

Sign up for epom.com and use their free ad server and create a pop under that links to your old site. You can use a code for pop ups which you might find online but I recommend epom since you will have full control over it such as targeting etc and it bypasses Adblock ( pop under of course)

another thing try clicksor popunder only in this you enter default site of your domain . in this case clicksor popup open your domain also in popunder and pay also

Im also looking for the same thing.
Once a nice guy instaled a popunder for my site,but its missing and i cant get working again.This was the popup which worked well for me.
